Ordonez Construction handled all aspects of this project with the exception of the foundation (we could have done this too). Hidden in the rear yard of a house in NW DC, Ordonez Construction designed, framed up, roughed in a floor drain installed the tile flooring, installed windows, venting, roof, insulation, sheathing and interior finished carpentry.
